menta<\/strong><\/li>\n                    <li><strong>\u00bd spicchio d\u2019aglio<\/strong><\/li>\n                    <li><strong>\u00bd cucchiaio di prezzemolo tritato<\/strong><\/li>\n                    <li><strong>Olio, sale, pepe<\/strong><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"recipe__execution\">\n                <h3>Preparazione<\/h3>\n                <ol>\n                    <li>Fai dorare in padella i filetti di mandorle mescolando di frequente.<\/li>\n                    <li>Taglia le zucchine nel senso della lunghezza, in quattro parti, eliminando i semi e un po\u2019 di parte bianca.<\/li>\n                    <li>Lessale in acqua salata. Appena al dente raccoglile con una paletta forata e falle raffreddare conservando l\u2019acqua di cottura.<\/li>\n                    <li>Frulla le zucchine con le foglie di menta, l\u2019aglio, il prezzemolo, le mandorle pelate e il grana grattugiato.
